I’ll meet with you in person to understand your requirements and whether they relate to renovating, an appraisal, advice on how to maximise your home’s value or selling your property. I’ll then then conduct a quick walk through of your home.

Appraisal

After considering your property’s features and benefits and comparing it to similar sales in the Western Suburbs, I’ll return to your home to deliver an accurate market appraisal. I’ll also provide a proposal containing an outline of my fees and charges, discuss various methods of selling and explain the different options available to you and their benefits. Naturally, I’ll also answer any questions you may have.
